Villa Uğurlu is located in the Kışla area of Kalkan and has been designed in a comfortable and modern style. Our villa features 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. Offering unique sea and nature views, the villa provides its guests with a peaceful and exclusive holiday experience. With its magnificent sea view and modern architecture, Villa Uğurlu is an ideal choice for guests seeking a calm and enjoyable villa holiday.

Note 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 15 m x 4 m. Depth: 155 cm.

Note 2: Indoor Pool Dimensions: 6 m x 3 m. Depth: 110 cm.

Note: Pool heating is available for an extra fee of 2,000 TL per day (prices may vary depending on the season). The heating fee is calculated for the entire stay. If requested, guests must inform the contact person at least 3 days before check-in so that the water can reach the appropriate temperature.

Extra Charges:
• Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 5,000 TL applies.
• Damage Deposit: 10,000 TL.

Bedroom Details:
1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC.
2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, en-suite bathroom/WC.
3rd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC.
4th Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi.

Nature Surroundings: Since our villa is located in nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may occasionally be seen.
