NOTE 1:Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 8 m x 4 m. Depth: 155 m
NOTE 2: The last 500 meters of the road is unpaved, and the final 50 meters is a steep uphill path.
NOTE 3: The villa is suitable only for married couples or families.

In Nature: The villa is surrounded by nature, so despite regular treatments, small insects such as flies or butterflies may be present.
Secluded Pool: The pool and terrace provide 95% privacy, though 5% visibility may occur due to corner angles.
Road Conditions: The villa is built on a slope, so you may encounter steep roads during access.
