Villa Velaris is located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan and has been designed in a comfortable and modern style. Our villa features 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. Surrounded by stunning natural views, the villa offers its guests a peaceful and exclusive holiday experience. Specially prepared for conservative families, the pool and garden area of Villa Velaris have been made fully sheltered. Thanks to these carefully designed private spaces that are not visible from the outside, our guests can enjoy a completely private living area throughout their holiday. With its breathtaking nature view, sheltered pool area, and modern architecture, Villa Velaris is an ideal choice for guests seeking a calm and enjoyable villa holiday.

Note 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 14 m x 4 m. Depth: 145 cm. In addition, there is a 2x2 meter jacuzzi pool integrated into the main pool.

Extra Charges:
• Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 10,000 TL applies.
• Damage Deposit: 10,000 TL.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC.
2nd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC.
3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, en-suite bathroom/WC.
4th Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC.

Important Information:
Nature Surroundings: Since our villa is located in nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may occasionally be seen.
Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy; however, there may be a 5% visibility possibility at certain corner and edge points.
Road Conditions: As the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during transportation.
