Surrounded by Nature: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.
Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy; however, due to corner and edge points, there may be a 5% visibility margin.
Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter sloped roads during access.
