Additional Fees:

1- Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Charge): For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies.

2- Damage Deposit:5,000 TL.

Bedroom Details:

1- Double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi.

2- Two single beds and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Important Information:

Surrounded by Nature: Since our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.

Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, with a 5% visibility due to extreme angles and corners.

Road Condition: As the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during access.
