Villa Zeytin is located in the Ordu Sarnıçbaşı area of Kalkan, and is among our rental villas with panoramic sea and lush nature views. Comfortably and modernly designed, our villa has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests. One of the bedrooms features a jacuzzi where you can unwind from the year’s fatigue. 1- Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 4,000 TL is charged
2- Damage Deposit: 4,000 TL

2-Two single beds and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Important Information:
In Touch with Nature: Our villa is located in the heart of nature. Despite regular pest control, small creatures like flies and butterflies may be present.
Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace are 95% secluded, with a 5% visibility rate due to edge and corner angles.
Road Conditions: The villa is situated on a hillside, so steep roads may be encountered during access.
