Villa Akik is one of our rental villas located in the heart of Kalkan, offering a magnificent view of the sea and lush nature. Designed with luxury and modernity in mind, the villa features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi, providing the perfect spot to unwind and relieve the fatigue of the entire year. Every detail of the villa has been carefully considered, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends. For a holiday experience full of joy—beyond your dreams—Villa Akik is the perfect summer getaway.

NOTE 1: Villa Akik, Turkuaz, Kuvars, Topaz, and İnci are located side by side in the same area. As a result, some images may be shared among the listings. All of our villas have identical features and furnishings, with only minor differences in the color of the furniture.

Additional Fees:

Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays under 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 7.500 TL applies.

Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 10,000 TL is required.

Important Information:

Nature-Friendly Setting: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.

Road Conditions: The villa is built on a hillside, so access involves driving on sloped roads.
