Villas Almira

Villa Almira is located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan and is one of our rental villas that offers a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding lush greenery. Comfortably designed, our villa features 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms include a jacuzzi where you can relax and unwind from the stress of the year.

The villa is suitable for nuclear families, large families, and groups of friends. With its pool and pool terrace designed to provide privacy, our summer villa is also ideal for conservative families. NOTE 1: The last 300 meters of the road to the villa is a dirt road (not asphalt).

NOTE 2: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 13 m x 4 m. Depth: 1.55 - 1.60 m.

Additional Charges:

Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays less than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 7,000 TL applies.

Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required.

1 - One double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi
2 - One double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi
3 - Two single beds, en-suite bathroom/WC

In Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite all pest control and maintenance, small insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.
