NOTE 1: The last 300 meters of the road to the villa is a gravel road (not asphalt).

NOTE 2: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 9 m x 4 m. Depth: 1.50 - 1.60 m.

Additional Fees: • Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): An extra cleaning fee of 4,500 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.
• Damage Deposit: 7,500 TL.

Important Information:

Nature-Integrated: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small insects like flies and butterflies may still be present.
Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace are 95% secluded; however, due to edge and corner angles, there is a 5% chance of visibility.
Road Condition: The villa is situated on a hillside, so you may encounter uphill roads during your arrival.
