Extra Fees:

Cleaning Fee (Short Stays): For stays of less than six nights, an extra cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies.

Damage Deposit: 5,000 TL

Heated Indoor Pool Fee: The heated indoor pool can be used for an extra fee of 1.000 TL per day.

Bedroom Details:

Bedroom 1: One double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and a jacuzzi.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, en-suite bathroom/WC.

Important Information:

Nature Retreat: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control, small insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.

Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace offer 95% privacy, with only minor visibility (5%) due to certain angles.

Road Conditions: The villa is built on a hillside, so you may encounter steep roads on the way.
