Thanks to its fully closable private swimming pool, which can be covered both around and above, the villa offers a privacy-focused accommodation experience. The villa features 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom/WC, providing comfortable accommodation for 4 couples and a total capacity of 8 guests.

Villa Arda is approximately 5 minutes by car from Ölüdeniz and has an open front with a scenic view. Located close to Hisarönü, which is famous for its entertainment venues, the villa is an ideal choice for guests who wish to fully enjoy their Fethiye holiday.

The villa includes a covered parking area and a gazebo. With the convertible sofa beds in the living room, accommodation can be extended up to a maximum of 10 guests upon request. Additionally, the villa is equipped with 2 baby cots.

There are 20 steps at the entrance of the villa.
