Villa Badem is one of our rental villas located in the center of Kalkan, offering stunning views of nature surrounded by the sea and greenery. Comfortably designed, our villa features 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Please note that one of the bedrooms does not have an en-suite bathroom. Extra Charges:
• Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): An additional cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.
• Damage Deposit: 5,000 TL.

Bedroom Details:
1 - One double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi.
2 - One double bed.
3 - Two single beds and an en-suite bathroom/WC.

Important Information:
Surrounded by Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite all pest control and maintenance efforts, small insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may still be present.
Road Conditions: The villa is situated on a hillside, so you may encounter uphill roads during access.
