Extra Fees:

1- Cleaning Fee: For stays shorter than 5 nights, an extra 3,500 TL cleaning fee applies.

2- Damage Deposit: 7,000 TL (Refundable upon check-out)

3- Pet Fee: 3,000 TL

Surrounded by Nature: The villa is located in the heart of nature, and despite regular pest control, you may encounter small insects like butterflies and mosquitoes.

Private Pool: The pool and terrace are 95% secluded, but there is a 5% visibility chance from some angles.
