Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is applied.

Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 3,000 TL is required.

Important Information:

Surrounded by Nature: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular maintenance and pest control, small creatures such as insects or butterflies may be present.

Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide approximately 95% privacy. However, due to corner angles and edges, a 5% visibility rate may exist.

Road Conditions: The villa is built on a hillside, so you may encounter steep roads during your arrival.
