Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): An extra cleaning fee of 3.250 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required.

Two single beds and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Important Information:

Nature-Embedded: Since the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite all necessary treatments and maintenance, small creatures like insects or butterflies may be present.

Secluded Pool: The pool and terrace are 95% secluded. However, due to edge and corner angles, there may be a 5% visibility margin.

Road Condition: As the villa is situated on a slope, you may encounter steep roads on the way to the property.
