In Touch with Nature: As the villa is situated in the heart of nature, despite regular maintenance and pest control, you may encounter small creatures such as insects or butterflies.

Private Pool: While the pool and pool terrace offer approximately 95% privacy, there may be up to a 5% visibility due to edge and corner angles.

Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during your journey to the property.
