Surrounded by Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, small insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present despite regular pest control and maintenance.

Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace offer 95% privacy, but due to edge and corner angles, 5% visibility remains.

Road Conditions: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during access.
