Villa Kumru is among our rental villas located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful natural views. Our villa has been designed in a comfortable and modern style and features 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. In the master bedroom, there is a jacuzzi where you can relax and relieve the fatigue of the entire year. Thanks to its nature-view location, the villa offers a quiet and relaxing holiday experience away from city noise, making it an ideal accommodation option for honeymoon couples, nuclear families, and small groups of friends. Villa Kumru is a great choice for guests who wish to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable holiday in nature.

NOTE 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 7.50 m x 3.60 m. Depth: 1.50 m.

Extra Fees:
• Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 4,000 TL is charged.
• Damage Deposit: 4,000 TL.

Bedroom Information:

1 - One double bed, bathroom/WC and jacuzzi.

2 - Two single beds, bathroom/WC.

Important Information:
Nature Surroundings: Since our villa is located in nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as insects and butterflies may occasionally be present.
Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace are designed to be private and not visible from the outside.
Road Condition: As the villa is located on a hillside in nature, you may encounter uphill roads during transportation.
