Note 1: The last 200 meters of the road leading to the villa consists of a steep slope.

Note 2:Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 12 m x 4 m. Depth: 155 cm.

Additional Fees:

1-Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Charge): An additional cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies for stays under 5 nights.

2-Damage Deposit: 10,000 TL.

Important Information:

Nature-Inspired Retreat: As our villa is situated in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as insects and butterflies may be present.

Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide approximately 95% privacy; however, due to corner angles, a 5% visibility margin remains.

Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during your journey.
