Villa Marcella is one of our luxury rental villas located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, offering a breathtaking view of the sea and the lush natural surroundings. Elegantly and modernly designed, our villa features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi where you can unwind and relieve the stress accumulated throughout the year. NOTE 1: Pool Dimensions:
The outdoor pool measures 8 meters by 4 meters, with a depth of 1.60 meters.

Additional Fees:
• Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays under 4 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 6,000 TL is charged.
• Damage Deposit: 8,000 TL (refundable).

Nature-Friendly Setting: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control, you may encounter small creatures such as butterflies or insects.
Access Road: Since the villa is built on a hillside, please be aware that you may encounter steep roads during your journey.
