Notes:

The last 200 meters of the road leading to the villa consists of a steep slope.

Additional Fees:

1-Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Charge): For stays shorter than 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL applies.

2-Damage Deposit: 10,000 TL.

Surrounded by Nature: Since our villa is situated in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.

Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, with a 5% visibility due to corner and edge areas.
