1-Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 15 m x 3.9 m. Depth: 155 cm.

2-Heated Indoor Pool Dimensions: 5 m x 3 m. Depth: 150 cm.

Additional Fees:

1- Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Charge): For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 6,000 TL applies.

Bedroom Details:

1- Double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Important Information:

Surrounded by Nature: Since our villa is situated in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.

Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, with a 5% visibility due to corner and edge areas.

Road Condition: As the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during access.
