Villa Şirin is one of our rental villas located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, surrounded by greenery and offering a stunning nature view. Comfortably designed, our villa has a 1+0 studio layout. It is in the form of a suite room, featuring a small sitting area, kitchen, bathroom/WC, and a double bed. Additionally, there is a jacuzzi inside the room where you can relax and relieve the fatigue of the entire year. With its secluded pool and terrace, our holiday villa is a great option for conservative honeymoon couples looking for privacy and peace of mind. NOTE 1: The last 300 meters of the road leading to the villa is a gravel road (not asphalt).
NOTE 2:Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters. Depth: 1.50 meters.

Extra Charges:

Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays under 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 TL will be charged.

Damage Deposit: A refundable deposit of 7,500 TL is required.

Suite Room Details:

Sitting area (sofa set), TV, kitchen, 1 double bed, bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi.

Important Information:

In the Heart of Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as flies and butterflies may be present.

Secluded Pool: While the pool and terrace area provide approximately 95% privacy, due to edge and corner angles, there may be up to 5% visibility.
