In the Heart of Nature: As the villa is nestled in nature, despite regular pest control, small insects like mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.

Secluded Pool: The pool and terrace provide approximately 95% privacy; however, due to edge and corner angles, 5% visibility is possible.

Road Conditions: The villa is located on a hillside, so expect steep roads on the way.
