Villa Turkuaz is located in the center of Kalkan and offers a stunning view of the sea and surrounding greenery. This luxurious and modernly designed villa features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long year. Every detail of the villa has been thoughtfully considered, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends. For a holiday experience beyond your dreams, Villa Turkuaz is the perfect summer retreat.

NOTE 1: Villa Kuvars, Turkuaz, Akik, Topaz, and İnci are located side by side in the same area. Therefore, some images are shared among these villas. All of our villas have identical features and furnishings, with only minor differences in furniture color.

NOTE 2: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 9 m x 4 m. Depth: 1.50 m.
NOTE 3: Children's Pool Dimensions: 2.50 m x 2.50 m. Depth: 1.40 m.

Additional Fees:

Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays shorter than 5 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 7,500 TL will be charged.

Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required.

4 - Two single beds and en-suite bathroom/WC

Important Information:

In Nature: As the villa is nestled in nature, despite regular pest control, insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may still be present.

Road Conditions: The villa is situated on a hillside, so please be aware that access involves driving on sloped roads.
