• Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays under 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies.
• Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required.

• In Touch with Nature: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular disinfection and maintenance, you may encounter small insects such as butterflies and mosquitoes.
• Sheltered Pool: The pool and terrace provide approximately 95% privacy; however, due to edge and corner angles, there may be up to 5% visibility.
• Road Conditions: The villa is situated on a hillside, so access involves inclined roads.
