• Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 2.250 TL is required.
• Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 3,000 TL is required.

Important Information:
• Surrounded by Nature: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.
• Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide approximately 95% privacy. However, due to edge and corner angles, there is a 5% possibility of visibility.
• Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter uphill roads on the way to the property.
